They serve pure Vietnamese cuisine and stay clear from fusion. The originality lies in the little twist in the composition of the dish and the presentation. Their spring rolls are cut into mouth-sized bites that resembles sushi, instead the familiar large lumps of food Vietnamese have grown so accustomed to be served. The restaurant furthermore discovers and brings into light the underrated Vietnamese ingredients like sweet potato, palm hearts, green mango, brown rice, and put them together in inventive delicious ways. Guests will find themselves keep coming back for more avocado and brown rice fresh spring rolls, seafood stuffed sticky rice cake, crunchy wild pepper and green mango salad, and coconut broken rice.
The Chinese also use poultry, eggs and milk. Poultry includes chicken, duck, goose, turkey, pigeon, quail, and pheasant. Seafood and freshwater fish–hair tail, salmon, squad, sea cucumber, oyster, black carp, catfish, grass carp, variegated carp, shrimp, prawn, crab, and turtle–are also used in Chinese food. Dried vegetables are also cooked, such as eggplant, bean, ben, turnip, potato and pepper. Dried pork and dried fish are also often used in Chinese cooking. Drying vegetables is a way to store produce to use in winter. More importantly, it has a special taste different from fresh vegetables.

I have found a new favorite Chinese place!! Most places only offer combos with meat in them but Wok’s Taste has 2 veg ones and lots of veggie choices. The ginger tofu may be one of the best things I’ve had from a Chinese restaurant. Next time, I’m ordering the full size of that! The vegetable spring rolls are also amazing. I upgraded the rice from plain steamed rice to vegetable fried rice. Worth the trip to Grand Bay.
My husband and I Love all the food we get from here! Ordered tonight and my husband recommends #7 and I love the beef and broccoli ♡.
Good for a quick meal and friendy staff.
I had a combo 4 and I have to say it was yummy. I’m not a big fan of chicken balls but the rest was cooked perfectly. Did not taste high amounts of sodium.

Yummy beef and broccoli. Eggrolls were nice and crispy.
